Needle felting for Save the Children an Easter Workshop

On Thursday the 10th of April I am holding a very special needle felting workshop in aid of Save the Children.
Save the Children work so hard in 120 countries saving children's lives, fighting for their rights and help fulfil their potential in life.
You just have to look at the headlines and see all the trouble in Syria to understand what it must be like for an innocent child to survive yet alone be a child.
Farah Sayegh of Save the children Jordan writes a hard hitting post on the Save the Children blog highlighting the numbers of child refugees trapped and trying live a life.
We can make a difference...
...I can make a difference.

So with the help of a group of ladies (including my lovely mum) who regularly raise money for Save the Children, we have one up with a workshop! It will be held in the Guide hall in Burgess Hill, West Sussex from 10.30 - 2.30. The day will be a fun filled one, I will teach you the basics of needle felting which will then enable you to go on and make these fab Easter eggs and other decorations!
We will provide all the materials, tea and cake and some great raffle prizes too!

To tempt you, last week I taught a great group of ladies at the Cotton Wool Store in Petworth
how to make the eggs you are looking at in these pictures.

How beautiful is this personalised egg, perfect Easter gift for a little grand daughter!

If eggs aren't your thing then how about these egg cosies!

So why not join me and help raise a huge amount of money for a very good cause and go away with the knowledge that you have helped a child somewhere have a better life....

..and go home with Easter decorations that will  give so much pleasure for years to come!

All you have to do is book a space ...... a fun day out with friends....
